Every AI reply your customers get is built from what you wrote down. Not from the internet, not from a guess. So the ten minutes you spend on this page decide whether the answers sound like you or sound empty.
Write like you are texting a new employee
Short sentences, real numbers, no marketing language. "Delivery Rs 150 in Lahore, free over Rs 3000, 2 to 3 days" is a perfect line. "We pride ourselves on swift nationwide delivery" is useless to a customer and to the AI.
The sections that matter most
What you do
One or two lines. What you sell, who it is for, where you are based.
What it costs
The real numbers, including what is free. This answers the question you get most.
How to order or join
The exact steps. Where the link goes, what happens after payment.
Availability
Opening hours, how long things take, what is currently closed. Update this one when things change.
Your links
One per line with a label, so the AI sends the right page and never guesses.
Common questions do the heavy lifting
Add the five questions you are tired of answering, word for word as people ask them, with your actual answer underneath. These get used directly, so the reply stays in your words rather than being reworded into something generic.
What to leave out
- Anything that changes weekly, unless you will remember to update it.
- Promises you cannot keep — delivery dates you do not control, for example.
- Long brand stories. Nobody in a DM asked for them.
