Terms of Service

ohyap is a product of PIXCEL IT (pixcelit.com). By creating an account or using ohyap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ohyap is a software service that connects to your Instagram professional account through Meta’s Instagram API and acts as an AI sales agent. It automatically replies to direct messages and comments, grounds its answers in the Knowledge Base and product catalogue you provide, can understand photos customers send to match them to your products, and can capture orders into your dashboard.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must own, or have permission to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
• You must comply with Meta’s Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and Community Standards.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. ohyap sends and receives messages on your behalf through Meta’s API; your use must stay within Meta’s policies, including its messaging windows and rules against spam. If Meta restricts or removes your access, ohyap may be unable to provide the service for your account.

5.1 Free plan

Every account starts on the Free plan, which includes every feature with monthly usage limits. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to raise those limits — no credit card is required to use the Free plan.

5.2 Paid plans

All prices are in US dollars and billed monthly:

• Starter — $10/month
• Pro — $18/month
• Agency — $35/month

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by their monthly usage limits (the number of AI replies and photo matches) and the level of support. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record.

5.3 Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies and photo matches. When you reach a limit, ohyap pauses automated AI replies for that allowance until your next monthly cycle; incoming messages still arrive in your inbox so you can reply manually. You can upgrade at any time to raise your limits.

5.4 Renewal & cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. Email hi@ohyap.com within 7 days of that payment and we’ll refund it.

You must NOT use ohyap to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harass anyone
• Violate Meta’s Messaging Policy, Platform Policy, or Community Standards
• Impersonate another person or business
• Send illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content, or adult content to minors
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

ohyap’s replies are generated by AI using the Knowledge Base, product catalogue, and message content you and your customers provide. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give the AI and for the messages sent from your account. ohyap is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate AI-generated responses.

When you use ohyap to converse with and take orders from your customers, you are the controller of your customers’ personal data and ohyap is your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for providing your own privacy notices to your customers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on your behalf.

We work hard to keep ohyap running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, Meta API issues, or unforeseen technical problems. We are not liable for messages missed during downtime.

ohyap, its software, branding, and design are owned by us. You keep ownership of the content you create (your Knowledge Base, catalogue, and messages); you grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page or delete it entirely from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta’s policies, where possible with notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ohyap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost or missed messages, or any action taken against your account by Meta. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of ohyap after changes means you accept the updated terms.
